Located on the top floor of a 4 story condominium. Large terrace, with additional terrace off each bedroom and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, blender, toaster, microwave and washer/ dryer. Wood burning stove, oscillating fans, bar-b-que pit, outdoor eating area and sun beds. Condominium shared swimming pool and kiddie pool, bathhouse and shower in a gated landscaped lawn with large shade trees. Public parking available. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains of Monchique to the north. Cable TV available. Sleeps 6 comfortably with additional queen size pull out couch in living area. Each window has electric blinds. The main terrace has a canvas roll out awning. Maid service available on request at additional fee.

Once an ancient coastal fishing village, the quaint character of Alvor is noted for it's outdoor grills sizzling with the catch of the day.   • A 25% deposit is required upon booking, non-refundable if cancellation of booking occurs less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to settle balance in due time will determine immediate cancellation of your booking. An additional $150.00 breakage fee is required with deposit, refundable after your departure.
  • Additional cleaning services are available upon request throughout the stay, subject to an additional charge of $150.00 per cleaning service (includes change of linens).
