You can enjoy 2 heated pools, jacuzzi, 5 tennis courts, basketball and tot lot. You will be just yards from the beach. Enjoy the wonderful trees, greenbelts and flowers on 50 acres. This low density development has only 5 units per acre. This wonderful 3 bedroom vacation home has a private master bedroom upstairs with CA king bed, walk-in closet/office area and remodeled bath. All other rooms are on the ground level~~one bedroom has queen size bed and other has twin daybed with twin trundle. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family to enjoy. Direct TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. . WI FI INTERNET ACCESS.   • The upstairs master bathroom has been remodeled with a walk in shower and double sinks. . The downstairs bath has been updated. the washer and dryer are in the downstairs bath.

The walk-in closet has office furniture and window (just in case you want to do some office work. The bathroom is remodeled. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground level. One has a queen size bed, while the other has a daybed with trundle. Lots of fresh ocean breeze. If you leave the windows open at night, you will likely hear the waves crashing.

Lots of local restaurants have delivery, so you don't even need to leave for dining. The deck is ready for you to enjoy private dining right at your unit.

Thank You very much for Your good advices. We arrived yesterday afternoon in Encinitas. Everything is perfect. Your informations have been so exactly so we had no problem. Today we spent a wonderful day in the ocean and the pool.
... we now enjoy the temperatures at Encinitas. It's better for Europeans here - in case of climate. Your condo is very nice and perfectly organized. And your greeted my wife and telling her he always keeps an eye on watching Your property. We had a wonderful time in your house in Seabluffe. Thank you very much for the renting of your nice condo.

Lovely and Comfortable

Linda,

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Everything was as the photos portray and more! We had everything for an awesome family vacation. The little ones 3 and 5 yrs. had a wonderful time and Grandma and Grandpa too. We loved Legoland and also just staying around the house relaxing, walking on the beach and enjoying the wonderful weather. We stayed in several nights for dinner and the kitchen was great. Just like home. There are also wonderful restuarants just a short drive away.

I would recommend this rental to all, but especailly for families. We made lots of wonderful memories and hope we will be able to return another summer soon.
