This low density development has only 5 units per acre. This wonderful 3 bedroom vacation home has a private master bedroom upstairs with CA king bed, walk-in closet/office area and remodeled bath. All other rooms are on the ground level~~one bedroom has queen size bed and other has daybed with trundle. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family to enjoy. CABLE TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Local telephone available. WI FI INTERNET ACCESS. You will most everything you need to enjoy the beach~~~beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, buckets/shovels, beach towels, coolers.

The walk-in closet has office furniture and window (just in case you want to do some office work. The bathroom is remodeled. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground level. One has a queen size bed, while the other has a daybed with trundle. Lots of fresh ocean breeze. If you leave the windows open at night, you will likely hear the waves crashing.

Lots of local restaurants have delivery, so you don't even need to leave for dining. The deck is ready for you to enjoy private dining right at your unit.
