This low density development has only 5 units per acre. This wonderful 3 bedroom vacation home has a private master bedroom upstairs with CA king bed, walk-in closet/office area and remodeled bath. All other rooms are on the ground level~~one bedroom has queen size bed and other has twin daybed with twin trundle. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family to enjoy. Direct TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. . WI FI INTERNET ACCESS. You will find most everything you need to enjoy the beach~~~beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, buckets/shovels, beach towels, coolers.

  • The upstairs master bathroom has been remodeled with a walk in shower and double sinks. . The downstairs bath has been updated. the washer and dryer are in the downstairs bath.

  • The master bedroom is private~~ located upstairs away from the rest of the living area and bedrooms. It features lots of windows that can be left open all the time and still have privacy. The CA King bed is a new Beautyrest for your sleep enjoyment. The walk-in closet has office furniture and window (just in case you want to do some office work.) The bathrooms are remodeled. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground level. One has a queen size bed, while the other has a daybed with trundle. Lots of fresh ocean breeze. If you leave the windows open at night, you will likely hear the waves crashing.

FANTASTIC VACATION HOME

I found this home to be clean and well stocked with everything I needed to cook and enjoy a home like atmosphere. There were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. I will return next time I can get to the San Diego area.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Everything was as the photos portray and more! We had everything for an awesome family vacation. The little ones 3 and 5 yrs. had a wonderful time and Grandma and Grandpa too. We loved Legoland and also just staying around the house relaxing, walking on the beach and enjoying the wonderful weather. We stayed in several nights for dinner and the kitchen was great. Just like home. There are also wonderful restuarants just a short drive away.

I would recommend this rental to all, but especailly for families. We made lots of wonderful memories and hope we will be able to return another summer soon.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
