Lovely 2BR/2BR condo on 2nd floor with screened lanai overlooking quiet pool and waterfall, also has a jacuzzi at pool side. Kitchen has a kitchenette for 2 and a bar to seat 3. Living room has sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/CD player along with cable TV, ceiling fan, and modern furniture. Master bedroom has King Size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with shower. Extra bedroom has twin beds. Extra bath has tub & shower. The stackable washer & dryer are in the unit. The vaulted ceilings make this 1,300 sq.ft. condo look very spacious. The beach, shopping on scenic 5th Ave. in downtown Naples, and fabulous restaurants are only 10 minutes away, 6 miles to Marco or Naples white beaches. There are many public golf courses nearby.
