Lovely views stretch out over Santa Barbara, the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands in the distance. The Italian-inspired landscape feature cypress trees, lavender and herbs, wisteria, bougainvillea, roses and oak trees. The 7000 square-foot lawn around the pool provides ample space for sun bathing; several furnished loggias and patios offer plenty of dining options. The interior features a sophisticated mix of fine antique furniture complemented by ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms with travertine tiles and pecan wood cabinets. Complete privacy is achieved upon entering the 26-acre oak tree-studded estate. Because the Villa is so private we welcome Clothing Optional/Nude Guests.
