Our house is situated not far away from the centre Siófok in a calm area, 800 m from the beach. Close to our house there are excellent culinary possibilities for favourable prices. (200-500 m), to grocers shop 100 m. The centre of the city with many program offers is easy from here to reach. Our holiday house is suitable first of all for families with children. Only the garden with the pool are common for the guests. Our attractive, double holiday house will be air-conditioned starting from summer 2003 and has 9 x 4 m swimming pool (with solar heating!!!) with sun terraces in the garden. There is parking in the garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture, a grill corner, a sand box, and Sat TV at the disposal.

150 square meter holiday home for 8-12 people. This semi detached house consists of two air conditioned, elegantly furnished living spaces located adjacent to one another. Ground floor: Cosy living room, dining room, modern kitchen (enough kitchen utensils for the number of guests, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave). Bedroom 1, Shower 1, separate toilet, terrace with garden furniture. There is a TV with both satellite and cable connections in the living room. First floor, 3 family bedroom each with 2 + 1(2) bed(s), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 shower with toilet and washing machine. 1 leisure room with additional bed and free broadband internet connection. The holiday home has its own terrace with 5 loungers and a large parasol beside the 9x4 meter solar heated swimming pool. A solar heated paddling pool, a playground (with swings, slides and sand pit) and 2 barbecue areas in the garden. 2-3 car parking spaces are in the yard beside the house.

  • Final cleaning: 60 Euro; Visitor’s tax: 1.50 Euro per person and per day (payable by adults between 18 and 70 years old). The final cleaning has been cancelled by the Hungarian community. The prices are inclusive: water, gas, electricity, pool between 01.05 and 30.09 (solar heated), children basin between 01.05 and 30.09 (solar heated), cooking possibilities, linen. The air conditioning and the heating need to be paid extra. The security deposit is: 200 Euro per house. You will receive the key only after you pay the deposit. This amount would be paid back at the end of your stay. We might charge you only if we notice any damages or if you lose the key. Upon request, you can use the central heating and the air conditioning for a certain price. We will charge you for gas and electricity, according to usage. Check-in: on the day of arrival: after 3 p.m. Check-out: on the day of departure: until 10 a.m. The prices are referential. Please fill in the registration form.
  • Our guests can book the house only for the given maximum number of people. The extra beds are both for adults and for children. Cleaning and linen change take place only upon guest change. Linen is at your disposal. For longer stays, the linen will be change every 2 weeks, or upon request, for a small charge. Please respect the rules of the house and leave the house in the same condition you found it. We can give you further information upon booking. The guests can check in after 3 p.m., on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the house needs to be in good condition and left by 10 a.m.
  • A reservation goes very fast, if I get it in writing. I will answer it also in writing and ask approx. to transfer 20% in advance. Terms of payment: 20% of the rent are payable with the reservation, remainder inclusive cure tax by arrival in cash (EUR).

  • In the ground floor there is a double room with 2 single beds next to each other standing. In the upper floor there are 3 large family bedrooms. In the bedroom (roadside) there are 2 single beds next to each other, and 1 small french bed (as auxiliary bed). A balcony with garden furniture belongs to this room. In the bedroom (in the center) there are 2 single beds are next to each other, and 1 extendable armchair (as auxiliary bed). Notes:
The holiday house has own terrace with garden furniture (table with 8 chairs) before the house, sun terrace with 5 couches and large sun screen next to the pool. 2-3 passenger car parking places are beside the house in the garden. The Swimming pool is 9x4m large, 1,1-1,7m deep. The pool is solar heated. Beside the pool there is an outdoor shower with sunboyler. For our small guests there are a solar heated kid's pool with waterslide, children's playground (with swing, chute and sand box). The kid's pool is 2x4,5 m large, 0,2-0,6m deep and it is also solar heated. 2 grill corners are available in the nice large garden. The swimming pool, the kid's pool, the children's playground and the grill corners are common for all guests. Enjoy a refreshing bath in the big pool, or you can be spoiled simply by the hot Hungarian summer sun. Here you find the peace and relax, that you dream throughout the year!

Wonderful accomodation.

This property is absolutely excellent! The house itself has nice decor, and is very well equipped. The gardens are very safe (all fenced in from the road, and even the road is a single track so very little traffic.) I have 2 children aged 18 months and 3 years. They spent hours playing with the ride-on toys, on the swings and slide and in the sand pit. The town is also lovely. An easy train ride to Budapest and only 1 hours drive to Croatia. The lake is beautiful and the massive Tesco store on the edge of town is very convenient. This place is perfect, particularly if you have children and need more space than a hotel room. We will certainly be back next year.
