Tasteful and fully furnished three bedroom condo in desired Edgewater neighborhood. Bright, with understated elegance. This sun-filled, second-floor apartment with formal living room and separate dining room, features low VOC paint, hardwood floors, and a fully accessorized kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and oven. Lodging includes ultra comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, organic linens, robes and slippers for each guest, and a private back porch that overlooks a gracious rear patio. There is no smoking on the property. All situated on a beautifully landscaped corner lot and tree-lined location that is several minutes from Chicago's beautiful lakefront and the same distance from local buses and trains. Rental rate includes wireless internet and a 54 inch high definition plasma television with a full complement of channels and parking. Housekeeping is provided once a week and fresh towels are provided daily.

From the moment we walked through the front entry, we were struck by how very lovely this home is. The apartment was well laid out, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We were able to walk to the lake and to the train easily. I have to rave about the shower. What a pleasure! The shower head was extra large and the water came out in a refreshing pressure. The towels were lush, too. A near-spa experience. Thank you Nicole and Tom.
