Stay in a place that feels like you are in a high end home and not just another rental property. This first class beach front condo is ideal for families and couples who want comfort, quality and a lower density place to stay. This condo is ideal for week long stays or monthly stays. This Spacious condo is kept in great shape and very well maintained. The flooring is all hard flooring with no carpets. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO RENT TO SPRING BREAKERS AND GROUPS OF STUDENTS. As opposed to many higher density condos on the beach, this one is in a location that is not as congested and where there is plenty of beach space to enjoy. We are offering nice discounts for summer vacations so please contact us as soon as you can. We are one of the few who offer professional and personal Service and want you to know who you are renting from. We have a great property manager, Dawn, to assist you with any of your needs while there.

Owners Note: There is ample parking spaces across the street from our building. There is a 15 minute loading and unloading space under the building for your convenience. Parking policies are strictly enforced and the Grandview East parking spaces are coded and marked in several locations. There are some basic toiletry items (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) supplied to get you started; however, if more are needed, there is a Walmart within 1/2 mile of the condo where items may easily be purchased. No pets are allowed; however, we will consider a certified service animal. This is a smoke free environment. Some nearby attractions include Ripleys Believe it or Not, and Wonder Works interactive museum, both less than a mile from our condo. Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park are both within 6 miles of the condo.

We constantly update our listing so you get what you see and not something different. If you Book Early, we can offer discounts and we offer generous discounts for stays of one week or longer. Enjoy staying in a Comfortable Quality Beach home which offers nearly 1,500 square feet of living space. Our goal is to offer you an ideal place you will want to come back to again and again for Relaxation, Fun and Comfort. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 Full sized beds which can sleep 4 people. The third bedroom has a twin sized day bed with pull out trundle bed and can sleep 2 people. We also have a pull out Queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Both Full Bathrooms have Tubs and the master tub is Jetted. There are hand held shower heads in both showers.

This property is located on the 10th floor of the Grandview East building, not too high or low, and is at just the right level to keep you away from street noise and at the same time offer you Privacy and spectacular Views of the Beach and Ocean. Most of the flooring is Tiled and there is new quality Pergo laminate flooring in the bedroom areas. The decor is beautiful and bright with a tropical theme. All furniture is high quality and unique. The living room contains unique World War II Liberty ship hatch cover tables and a high qulity entertainment center with a 47' plasma t.v. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances and a large oven and microwave and pantry for storage. There is a brand new dinette set with comfortable chairs.

The Master bedroom contains solid maple bedroom furniture with a spectacular armoire which contains a large LCD TV. You can enjoy the sunset and ocean views from the master king sized bed. There is a large walk in closet. The balcony has an anti-gravity Lounger and a nice dining table set where you can enjoy your meals in a spectacular setting. The master bathroom is gorgeous and large with a jetted tub and large shower stall. The other two bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are near a second large bathroom with full bath.

For Children and Babies, there are Toys and board Games. There is a rolling table which can be used as a changing table in the master bedroom closet. Feel free to use the white adjustable portable table for your lap top.

Our Condo is set up with great storage and drawer space for Long term stays. We will offer Discounts for longer stays. The Grandview Condominiums are very popular with Snowbirds from Canada and New England because of the large space and beautiful layout. The place is also suitable for shorter stays and for people who want the Best of everything.

There is so much to do nearby and the new Pier Park is only a few miles to the west of the building. Swim with the dolphins at Gulf World theme park a few miles to the west of the building. There are wonderful restaurants, shopping, bars and entertainment. Walmart is less than 1 mile from the building and you can stock up on any necessities you may need for your stay. Relax, Have Fun and Enjoy Life here!

Please be assured that your safety and security is important to us. We have a secure building and a property manager who lives right on the premises in the same building. We are contracted with a professional on-site rental management company, to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay.

IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CALENDAR INFORMATION: It is to your advantage to book early thru us for the more in advance you book, the more of a discount we can offer and you will have this place secured and it cannot be rented to anyone else. Please understand that because our calendar may indicate our property is not booked or booked tentative, that the property may be booked for the time period(s) you may desire. Because we are contracted with a professional management company, if we do not book the condo they book this property on a different calendar system. The biggest advantage to you for booking directly with us as early as possible thru VRBO, is that as owners, we can offer you more of a discount and so your cost is less. We do try and keep our calendar up to date and if we know the condo is booked and cannot be rented, we will indicate this on the calendar. We do not require a security deposit and you pay when you check in.

PET INFORMATION: At our discretion, we may consider allowing a small pet of guests who stay in excess of one month during the winter months. We will seriously consider accommodating those who may have a certified trained pet to assist with a disability (ie. a seeing eye dog).

About Allison Largeman

Hello. I am a retired disabled army veteran who is presently working as a civil service employee in the south. My family consists of my wife, Allison, and 2 children, Howard (Howie) and Brandon and my service dog August. We hope that you will consider our place when traveling to Florida and we would love to have your business. We realize that with the economy the way it is, that we must stay competitive and we have lowered our rates and offer incentives for longer term stays. Our rates are fair and competitive for the quality of place we offer. Many hotels that are not near as nice as our condo, charge much more for nightly stays. We bought the property as a long term investment and as a second home to enjoy and to hopefully offset future college costs. This is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen with the most stunning sunsets. We like the location and the things this area offers like St. Andrews state park and Pier Park.

What makes this condo unique

The property is great for families. You receive personal service from our property manager, Dawn, who you can call directly if you have any question or problem. We know the area well and can recommend activities and restaurants to you. The property has a property manager. The rental management company we are contracted with is professional. The property is low density so you do not have the large crowds and waits that you see on other larger higher density properties. The property is also secure with security during months where it may be needed and it has locks with combinations to keep unauthorized people out. The condo is larger than most condo units on the beach and has a great floor plan with the large bedroom having private access to the spacious balcony. The building sticks out further on to the beach than other buildings so you get the beneficial effects of being close to the ocean and hearing those great natural ocean sounds from the interior of the condo when you have the balcony door open. There is a beach volleyball court for your enjoyment as you walk out onto the beach. There are so many more benefits there are too many to describe. Probably one more great benefit is health. Being in an outdoor environment with sunshine and fresh ocean breezes is great for your health.

From the first time, I started looking at the condo it was always a pleasure speaking with Allison. I would call numerous times with questions and Allison was always pleasant and available.

When we arrived, the condo was everything I had built it up to be and more. The front office was very pleasant and helpful. Joey who worked security always offered a smile and a greeting.

I was very pleased with the layout of the condo; the bedrooms were a perfect size, loved the large master bath with the Jacuzzi tub. The patio was perfect to sit and enjoy the serenity of the ocean; it was especially nice to have access to the patio from the master bedroom for those evenings when we did not want to disturb anyone.

If you have children then you know how they can become bored looking at one area too long, not to worry, there are two pools so when they get bored with the ocean you have the pool that they can play in for awhile. I loved that they had a shower at the pool area where you could rinse the sand off before going inside.

The places we chose to dine at were Pineapple Willy’s which I highly recommend, it is within walking distance of the condo, the food and service was fantastic. We went to Sharky’s and I wish the food and service were as great as the décor. There is an outdoor shopping center at Pier Park, a few miles away but well worth the drive. They have so many unique shops and every kind of restaurant you could imagine. We ate at Margaritaville, the food and service was exceptional. Of course, if you would prefer to stay near the condo and relax after a long day in the sun and ocean you can pick up a nice steak at Publix (a few miles away) and put it on the grill.

On the ocean there are so many things to experience, they have jet skiing, volleyball, parasailing and I even saw a corn hole game going on.

I hope you get the opportunity to stay at this condo and enjoy yourself as much as my family and I did.

I would like to Thank Allison and her family for allowing us to enjoy their home away from home for our summer vacation.

this condo is beautiful we were a family of 7 an it was spacious enough for us it has a GREAT view there is only one bad thing an that is the parking if you have 2 cars you have to pay 17 something an still may not even get a parking space in the garage for either vehicle it is in a good location to practically right beside walmart i would recommend this condo to anyone i will for sure come back to this same place if we ever go back to Panama(: it is a great price to for this condo especially having 3 rooms!

Comment Text: My sister and I chaperoned 8 high school seniors for a short spring break. The condo was spacious enough for all 10 of us. The view is gorgeous and the condo had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends. The owner is more than happy to accommodate any and all requests, if possible. Thanks for a fun, though short, stay.

We have just returned home for a February stay at Grandview East condo. Although the weather ws cool, the condo's cheery interior more than made up for it . We spent many pleasurable hours basking in the sun while sitting on the balcony . It truly became our home away from home. Our hosts did everything possible to ensure we were well prepared and the condo was so very well equipped . Wonderful to go to sleep at night lulled by the sounds of the surf. Walks on the beach are invigorating and the sunsets were awe inspiring. A wonderful place to vacation.

I stayed in this condo during the October time frame. The condo was very spacious, modern and well equipped. The owner was great to deal with. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by the unit in the morning. It was also in a great location near restaurants and shopping. The weather was ideal. I will stay in this condo again in the near future for it was very reasonable and the owners are so nice.

There is a volleyball court and beach chairs for rent on the beach. We also have beach chairs in the condo. The atmosphere is great for kids and usually there are activities and other friendly families to entertain and occupy the kids with frisbee, football, baseball, volleyball, sandcastle building, etc.

The property is large as compared to many other condos and has a great lay out with the master bedroom having access to the large balcony. There are also plenty of various books to read and some board games and toys for children. Countertops are all granite including the bathrooms. The appliances are stainless steel and there is a great highspeed blender for frozen drinks, etc. There is a wonderful antigravity lounger on the balcony with high end patio furniture as well. There is a nice pantry in the kitchen for food storage, etc. The oven is a stainless large oven for people who like to cook. The refrigerator and dishwasher are stainless quality appliances. There is a coffee maker and tea kettle for your use. There is a large clothes washer and dryer which drys clothes fast. There is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom. The furniture is all high end pieces for your comfort. The bedrooms all have windows with views. The second bathroom has a bath tub.
