This house is in a great location- located in a quiet neighborhood but 1 block away from Route 1 and trolley system. The house's layout is perfect for multiple guests with different interests- 2 bedrooms up with full bath, dining room and 3 season room- 2 bedrooms down with full bath, living room and den.

There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance - Wells is minutes away from Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport- Outlet shopping and York Animal Kingdom is also minutes away. This house is 3 minutes off of 95.

We are both professionals with very demanding jobs. Our "dream" was to find a vacation spot close enough to home.

We chose Wells as a perfect vacation destination due to the wonderful beach area, great restaurants, friendly people and local attractions.

What makes this house unique

It is total relaxation- you can spend a day at the beach- go shopping- sight seeing to Portland, Portsmouth, etc. The restaurants in this area are unbeatable- there is the only 5 star restaurant north of NYC minutes away.
