If you golf or play tennis you have found the perfect spot! Heritage Palms is a beautiful 800 acre community which features an Azinger/Lewis Designed course that features 36-holes of championship golf, 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. Our clubhouse is a one minute walk which contains a fabulous fine dining restaurant and lounge overlooking the golf course, fitness centre, locker room, large pool, hot tub, lake and a well equipped pro shop. There is also a pool 100 ft. outside of condo door. Condo is on the second floor,elevator to condo is right next to covered carport. Condo lanai overlooks beautiful lake and is located on the 18th hole. Two hours to Disney World. 10 minutes to beautiful beach and shelling at Fort Myers Beach. 15 minutes to Sanibel Island, Captiva, 40 mins. to Naples and 1hour to Marco Island. (Computer room and library in club house). NO STAIRS TO CLIMB ANYWHERE..MINIMUM STAY 30 DAYS..CONDO VERY BRIGHT AND SUNNY(storage room outside of condo)
