Across the hall is the bathroom with oversized shower. You will also find the washer and dryer for the unit in this bathroom. When you enter the unit, you will notice the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wine cooler. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. The living room features a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs, flatscreen TV above the fireplace, DVD player, CD player, and stereo system with speakers. The couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa to sleep an additional two people. The dining room table is set up to seat 6 people; however there is a leaf for the table in the closet and two additional chairs to seat up to 8 people. There are 3 additional barstools in the kitchen. When you stay in this condo, you will also enjoy the bathrobes exclusive to Lone Eagle guests to wear to the pool, hot tub, or steam room. Views **** (4 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy views of the ski slopes, trees, and mountain. Lone Eagle has a partially covered balcony on the first floor if you want to watch the skiers come down to the base of River Run.
Proximity to activities ***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day. Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building. Lone Eagle is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
Building quality & amenities building *****(5 Stars) Lone Eagle is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 58 condos in the entire building. The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that Lone Eagle has to offer.
Keystone summer events::
1. Keystone has many summer festivals for you to enjoy that are located just steps from the condo. Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).
2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the amphitheater in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).
