Infinity pool with ocean view across the street, 2nd pool with garden view. Private plunge pool in large, fenced back yard. Community clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and BBQ for larger gatherings. Large back yard with lounge chairs and bistro seating for your morning coffee. TV with Satellite, stereo, safe, washer and drier. Air Conditioning is available for an extra charge. Short walk to the beach, shops, laundromat, internet cafe, dining and convenience store. 10 minute walk to downtown Bucerias. Also included are beach towels and umbrella, cooler and linens. Weekly housekeeping is optional.
