This sunny north Tahoe vacation rental provides the best of both worlds; it backs up to forest on one side and provides a nice filtered lake view with a hot tub on the other side. The upstairs has a real open feel because the kitchen (newly remodeled), living room, and dining room are all open to one another for easy conversations. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a double vanity bathroom and the other three bedrooms are located downstairs. The home is available for ski lease from January to April. For those of you with dog allergies, the owner of this home has a dog but the home is not dog friendly. This home is fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
