This very nicely decorated cabin is located in Pinetop, Arizona on .20 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine. This 672 square foot cabin has two bedrooms, one bath and sleeps up to five people. It is completely furnished. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood burning fireplace and outdoor campfire pit to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains has to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with 90 pine trees.

    $100.00 per night throughout the year, (2 night minimum) $525.00 per week (7 days). Rent is due five
    days before arrival. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is also required to reserve cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of depature. $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation. Please make payments in the form of cashiers check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC.

Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed; Second Bedroom Day Bed with trundle; ceiling fans throughout; new wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, cable with two televisions and a DVD player. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heat. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.

Activities and Attractions: Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, Shopping, and Restaurants are just some of the activities available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. Honda Casino with restaurant is five miles away. Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, and picnic tables. Great weekend in the pines!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the cabin. We enjoyed being out in the woods with all the comforts of home. The cabin was perfect for a family of four and the boys enjoyed the birds, critters and making fires in the firepit out back. The owner made the rental experience very easy. Woodland park is a real treat and so close. What a fun weekend!

This cabin is so quaint and is in the middle of tall ponderosa pines. Neighbors are close but you would not know it. The cabin could not be set up any nicer or more comfortable unless they put a hide-a-bed in the living room. It did sleep 5 comfortably with 1 of us on the couch but that was even comfortable. For the price and location I highly recommend this for a week or weekend get-a-way.
