Duplex penthouse located on the 18th and 19th (top two) floors of a new building in Recoleta, the most upscale neighborhood in Buenos Aires, surrounded by shops, galleries, restaurants and bookstores. Floor to ceiling windows throughout provide breathtaking, panoramic views and abundant sunshine throughout the year. There is a small terrace off the living room--perfect for watching sunsets. All three bedrooms and the living/dining area have individual remote controlled heating/air-conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances. An outdoor swimming pool, state of the art gym, sauna, and barbecue area on the ground floor are available free to all guests.
