Perched at 330 feet above sea level, the panoramic view extends from Tortola in the east around to Outer Brass in the west, and provides the opportunity to watch whales in migration, yachts sailing out at sea, and a variety of water activities on the bay. Lounge in the sun on the spacious deck, and embrace the of the kaleidoscope of colors of the pool against the turquoise waters beyond. By night, watch a perfect full moon rise, count the millions of stars sprinkled across the sky, and gaze at the twinkling lights of Peterborg reflected on the water. Beautiful beaches, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, jet skis (not in Magens Bay, please,) para-sailing, golf, tennis, horse back riding, kayaking, hiking, and duty-free shopping are all just minutes away by car. SUV recommended. Don't forget your passport for Tortola, British Virgin Islands!

    8% hotel tax on rentals under 3 months. $500 refundable damage deposit. . Rates subject to change until confirmed. $150 cleaning fee on rentals under 7 days.

    Monthly rentals exclude utilities, and require a 12% security deposit to cover utilities and damage, with the balance refundable. Very Accessable Villa with no stairs!: Free Airport Pick-up and island orientation. Welcome Basket with snacks and beverages. Courtesy Kit with spices, EVOO, vinegar, etc. Amenities include 40 ' flat screen TV with expanded cable channels and DVD. Library of books, CDs and DVDs. High speed wireless Internet access. Gas BBQ grill, and indoor or outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee-maker, & dishwasher. Fine linens throughout. The 4th floor, if utilized is on the lower level, adjacent to the empty owner's apartment, and is accessed by a walkway down the stairs and around the pool.

Attractions: Coral World, Harbor Gaming Center, Estate St. Peter Great House and Botanical Gardens, Atlantis Submarine, Paradise Point Tramway, World Famous Mountaintop, Blue Beards Castle, Tillet Gardens, and Pistarcle Theatre. A ferry trip to St. John, Water Island, Tortola or St.Croix (seasonal) is always enjoyable.
