A stunning 2 story 3 bedroom house set back 30 meters from the sea amongst the swaying palms on a private beach. A roof top terrace with 360 views of sea and jungle. Modern, deluxe kitchen with breakfast counter and gorgeous outdoor dining area. The 5 living room doors open up to the outdoors and the spectacular view of the Caribbean. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The house has ample natural ventilation as it is so open to the sea. Beautiful curvaceous lines abound through out the house. 6 excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Tulum ruins are just 8 kms north. Masseurs will come to the house. Excellent yoga in 3 locations close by.

Other Activities: Star gazing. Kayaking. Private sunbathing on roof top. Boogie boarding. Beautiful beach walking. Cenotes near by. Next door to La Zebra.

This is a great (and rare) home on a beautiful Tulum beach. We were well cared for by the caretaker (Maria) and the owner was a breeze to work with.

The house is a 3 bedroom home (there are other rentals on the property as well) that makes maximum use of the outdoor beauty of the location (outdoor dining area, amazing rooftop lounge/deck area, lots of hammocks, an outdoor day bed and great BBQ).

The house iself is thoughtfully designed and appointed and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. However, there is virtually no reason to spend anytime in the house as there is so much outdoor space to meet any need or mood you may have.

If you are considering Tulum for the first time, this is a great place to rent. The beach is beautiful with many small boutique hotels north or south on the beach to explore. The house also comes with kayaks, boogie boards and plenty of palapas and beach lounge chairs.

One of the best kept secrets in Tulum!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Very private location, but easy to walk to beach bars. If you are going to Tulum, this is the ONLY place you need to stay. House feels like paradise. Great hammocks to nap away the stress of life!!!!! Roof top sunsets are never better. Staying here will change your life....for the better!!!

My family and I have been so privileged to stay in this fantastic beach house every Spring Break since 2009! The place is not only beautifully set on the most spectacular white sand beach, it is also amazing for relaxing and getting away from it all! One week is never enough....

What an AWESOME place!!

My family had the most wonderful vacation staying at Casa de las Palmas. Ranging from age 72 down to 5 years young...
The casa is just what we wanted, kept spotless by Susanna, and the beach is GREAT!! Bob and Bonnie were very helpful with any questions we had and offered great recommendations. Our best times were spent just lounging around the beautiful beach. Plenty of hammocks, beach loungers and a great beach bed to take a quick siesta! I highly recommend this rental and look forward to coming back. Salsa party @ La Zebra was great fun and live music @ Zamas...not to be missed. Food @ OM was delicious!

Paradise

This home right on the beach in the palm trees is beautiful. Our family of 8 (ages 4-61) stayed here. There are many spaces including a huge terrace on the roof which was perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. They live in an apartment behind the house. We could walk to restaurants from the house. The house is very clean, with daily maid service. I would highly recommend this house.
