Photos and Description of the Arona vacation house rental

The finca 'La Cuadra' is situated just about 300 m or 3 minutes walking distance from the centre. It is a typical old Canarian finca that was lovingly renovated at great expense in 2001 and includes all modern techniques, thus conserving the character of this special house. The finca offers a wonderful view and absolute tranquility. The premises of about 1,500 sq.m. have lots of fruit-trees. Just in front of the house there is a large sun terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture. The pool is situated here too (3 x 7 m) and is for private use by the guests. At the side of the house there is a rural covered free sitting area with a grill. The unobstructed view over the Atlantic is a long lasting memory even after holiday is over. The holiday house on the ground floor has 2 comfortable open kitchens, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. The kitchens are equipped with all main kitchen utensils, like coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, etc. Please ask us for more details.

The small village of Arona used to be the district town of a rural municipality. Nowadays it is the administrative authority for the tourist centres of 'Los Cristianos' and part of 'Playa de las Americas' as well. In the area wine, potatoes and vegetables are grown. In the village, you find a mixture of old and recent buildings. There are some popular restaurants in the village centre, mainly visited by local people, which we always consider an indication for good cooking.
