Our 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom suite is an ideal central location from which to enjoy the entire Okanagan. Your own entrance and patio, with BBQ and furnishings, gives a sense of complete privacy. The suite is also centrally air-conditioned, making it a wonderful retreat from the Okanagan heat.

There are many golf courses nearby including Shannon Lake Golf Course right across the street. Skiing is also a popular sport in the valley, there are many hills big and small and a world class Telemark cross country course less than a 30 minute drive. We are only minutes from downtown Kelowna, various wineries, go-karts, as well as beautiful Lake Okanagan and the many sunny beaches and parks. Major grocery stores and other shopping are also only a short drive away in Westbank.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We charge $110 per night or $680 per week ($85/night or $500/wk, after Labor Day long weekend - before Victoria Day long weekend) based on double occupancy with an additional $20 per adult and $5 per child, per night (2 and under are free, ask for details). Minimum 3 night stay, except June 26/10 to Sept.4/10 weekly rentals only ( Sat. - Sat. ). eg. family of 5, at peak time, ( 2 adults + 2 children + 1 year old ) = $120/night or $750/week. Rates in Canadian Dollars and subject to change without notice.

    50% deposit required upon booking( cheque or money order only, CDN funds ), remainder to be paid upon arrival (CDN. CASH only ).
    100% refund, of deposit, up until 30 days prior to stay ( funds held for 30 days after receipt, before all refunds issued, to allow for clearing ).
    50% refund up until 14 days prior to stay. No refund within 14 days prior to stay.
    No smoking and No pets.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed staying in your suite immensely!!! Absolutely everything that we needed (and more) was provided.
The week went by so fast touring around the area and it was always nice to have a "comfy" place to come home to. We would recommend your lovely accommodation to others in the future.

We have found a gem in Kelowna! This suite is perfect for our family of 5 - very clean, private and a great location. Not to mention very affordable. We were so impressed with the suite and we absolutely appreciate the hospitality shown to us by Joanne and her family.
