This Santa Monica Apartment complex offers a large One Bedroom behind the main house. Shared common back courtyard with BBQ. The complex is located about 1.5 miles from the beach. Excellent location just a few blocks from Whole Foods Market on Wilshire Blvd and walking distance to the prestigious Montana Avenue with its great shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to Douglas Park with rocks, water and ducks as well as a great and large playground. Street parking available. Wireless Internet Access. The apartment has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa that can comfortable sleep two singles in the living room. Pack N’ Play Fold Out Crib and High Chair available upon request. One bathroom with shower and bathtub. Large living room, Dining Area and full kitchen. The unit is located on the first level and has several stairs.
