The large living room has 20 foot, vaulted ceilings and 30 feet of sliding glass doors that open to a spacious, covered lanai, creating a huge, indoor/outdoor living space with complete privacy and magnificent ocean views and breezes. The room is entered through a gracious foyer, has a Steinway grand piano and comfortable seating for relaxing and visiting. The dining room also opens onto the lanai and flows into a large kitchen with granite counters, a center island, and top of the line appliances. Outside the kitchen is a built-in, gas barbeque, with a pass through window into the kitchen. Both dining room and kitchen also have 20 foot, vaulted ceilings. The main floor of the house is completed with an office that opens onto the Living Room, Master suite, powder room and laundry room.
Downstairs are an additional Master suite with private bath, and two bedrooms that share a large bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. The family room has a pool table, large T.V. and opens onto a garden, pool and a covered lanai with a dining table. There is also an exercise room with an elliptical exercise machine, free weights, exercise ball and bands.
The home has wireless Internet throughout, is walking distance from Diamond Head Crater, and within a five minute drive to Waikiki or Kahala Mall. A property manager lives in a separate cottage nearby and twice weekly maid service is included. A private chef and daily maid service can also be arranged.
