Completely restored,lavishly furnished 3600 square foot, two story townhouse with 2 master suites, including walk in closets and large baths, and a full size laundry room on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor features large living room, formal dining room that can be used for business meetings, a library, powder bath, grand foyer, gourmet kitchen and sitting room as well as a 25' x 30' private garden with BBQ. In addition, there are 4 fireplaces, many original historic features, such as bay windows,12 ft ceilings, and a huge skylight. A large HDTV, cable, computer hook-up, central Heat and Air Conditioning are just some of the modern conveniences. An elevator is located at the rear of the property and goes to the second floor. Parking is available off-site at the neighboring 24 hour covered parking garage.
