The Historic Yuma building was a run down single occupancy hotel when I bought it in 1991. After a complete renovation, the townhouse was my home for almost 12 years. Since 2003, it has been used as a residential rental; then an executive office. A vacation rental seemed to be the next obvious use as the Gaslamp Quarter has evolved into an exciting dining and entertainment district and we are at the center of it.
