Location is key!!! Located within walking distance to downtown Harbor Springs, beaches, boating, kayaking, fishing, tennis, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Home of Michigan's finest downhill skiing, Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands only 3 miles away. Also, home to some of Michigan's best golfing, Little Traverse, Boyne Highlands and Little Harbor, also only 3-5 miles away. Enjoy some of the best biking and running trails or hiking in beautiful nature preserves. If you are a boater, Little Traverse couldn't be a finer area to boat.

De-stress in our very relaxing home. You don't need to drive much while you are on vacation because everything you need is within walking or biking distance. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the large cozy front porch or evening with friends over a glass of wine.

We think this area is the finest vacation place in Michigan. We have been coming to this area for over 35 years. The real estate is some of the most premium in Michigan. We have built two homes in Harbor Springs. With its Cape Cod atmosphere it attracts people from Chicago, St. Louis and East Coast.

What makes this house unique

Our home is a very relaxing environment. The location is wonderful. We are an active family and enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer. Upscale restaurants and shopping with a small town feel of local parades and fireworks.
