Walk outside the media room’s french doors to the huge covered porch with a ceiling fan. Seating for seven includes two cushioned club chairs, a love seat, and three rocking chairs. An outdoor shower is located here with hot and cold water. The second level is the heart of the home. The fully stocked ‘cook’s kitchen’ has everything you need to create a memorable meal. Granite counter tops, new appliances, and task lighting make this kitchen a dream in which to cook. The round glass table can seat eight, with additional seating at the bar. Designer tableware, glasses, and serving dishes help to create a beautiful setting.
The living room, right next to the kitchen, is part of the open floor plan. Plush chairs and couches, along with a flat screen TV offer a place for guests to relax before and after dinner. A full wall of floor to ceiling windows provides views of the Bayou. A second covered porch offers more views of the bayou; cozy furniture provides the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets and dolphins. The second floor has a bedroom with a king size bed with designer linens and a flat screen TV. A bathroom with a shower is right next door. The Master suite on the third floor has a king size bed with designer linens, flat screen HDTv, and a sitting area. The master bath has a shower and a jetted tub perfectly positioned to watch the sun set. Two more bed rooms round out the third floor; one with a queen bed, and one with a bunk bed ( full over full with a pull out twin trundle) which share a jack and jill bathroom.
One car can be parked in the garage the other garage bay is reserved for bicycles and the extra fridge. 3 cars can be parked at house, additional cars can be parked at the pool. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Neighborhood has a trailer parking area at the front of the subdivision. Fabulous patio right on the water of Cotton Bayou. Relax and watch the sun go down around the fire pit. Two fully furnished decks give you plenty of scenic views. Great place to sit and watch the boats come in and out or the sun rise or go down. Patio also has an outdoor shower so you can wash the sand away. Walk out from the master bedroom onto the private balcony and watch the dolphins in the bayou. Owner has a 11 year old son. Some toys on site. Floats, skim boards and boogie boards in garage. Minimum age for renter is 25. Smoking Allowed outside only!! Plenty of room on decks and patio. Please do not throw butts on the ground.
