Good stay for a few kids who want to vacation at the beach for a good deal. Condo is small, but not tight. The only real negative I have to say about it is that the pull-out couch springs are bad and the mattress is not big enough to prevent the bar from digging into your back. We took the mattress out and slept on the mattress on the floor and it did tolerably. The oven runs hot so you have to keep an eye on your food or it will burn, but all in all it was a good time and a good stay.
