Ossipee Lake House is a perfect location for summer fun on the lake with a private 100' wide, 25' deep, gradual sloping, shallow water, sandy beach. Relax on the 47' x 11' deck or the 45' x 15' terrace, with hot tub, overlooking the beach and lake. Enjoy water skiing, boating, playing volleyball at the sandbar, going out for ice cream, pizza and coffee by boat. This home comes with a pontoon boat (in season). Golfing is 5 miles down the road. This home is equipped with all your vacation needs. You will not need to bring anything but the clothes you'll need. Linens, beach towels and any other kind of towel you'd need are provided. There is a wet bar off the terrace, laundry, and much much more. The living room is great to sit around watching your favorite sporting event on the HD 50'' flat screen TV or watch from your barstool at your very own wet bar!! Perfect for families with children. We have great feedback from all guests!! Winter months are awesome as well.

Four seasons of fun!!: This property offers more then just summer fun. In the fall enjoy leaf peeping, pumpkin picking, hiking or chilling out on the beach by a fire. In the winter months have a blast sking, skating, and sledding, with so many ski resports close by. Whether you are looking for a quaint family mountain or mountain for big time skiers, you will find it all locally. If you are getting cabin fever and tired of the winter months start off your spring with a nice relaxing week or weekend away. There is plenty to do in the spring or just sit and enjoy the spring time in Ossipee NH on the lake. You can sit on the beach by your campfire reading your favorite book or in the jacuzzi.   • $1000-$3000 for ski weekends. The Lodge and Cottage are awesome for all of it. There is skiing within minutes, snowshooing, snowmobiling from the front door, ice skating, fire's on the beach. Great for leaf peeping, pumpkin picking, hiking, decompressing. JUST PLAIN FUN AND RELAXING~~~~

There is a horseshoe pit in the side yard and there is a ping pong table, dart board, kids foosball, bubble hockey game, and an outside basketball net. AWESOME PLACE

Let me start by saying that when we rent a place to stay on vacation we want to stay in house that feels like a home, with lots of space, nice furnishings/decor, amenities and really clean. This house meets all those expectations and more. Our family and extended family (14 of us in all) have been renting this home for the last 4 years (next year will make it 5). Whether you are one family or 4 families like ours, there is plenty of room in the house and it never feels cramped. Our group includes 7 kids that all sleep in the loft and love being up there. There are four other bedrooms located on different levels and there are three full bathrooms. The house has every amenity you could need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses, etc, (even for our large group). You don’t need to bring any linens or towels because everything is provided, including beach towels. There are so many great things about this house, including the huge beach area, a great bar area on the lower level that leads right out to the Jacuzzi and the beach. There is a pontoon boat (you don’t need a boater’s license for this one), which is included and a game room in the garage. Of course we love the location in the channel; it is perfect for relaxing on the beach and watching boats go by. Jeff and Kim are always adding new things every year and encourage you to ask for or suggest things that you might want/need on your vacation. This past summer I suggested getting a Keurig Coffee maker and they got one! This vacation never gets old and we look forward to it every year.

Fantastic!

We are 4 siblings looking for a place to vacation with our children and grand children. This property was perfection! The house and cottage are wonderfully appointed to be comfortable and accommodating. The house is set back off the road and the beach side is ideal for kids. We never left the property during our stay. The beach, beach toys, dock, pontoon boat, kayaks, canoes, and the hot tube kept every member of our group entertained for the whole week. The owners provide the best notebook of the property and the surrounding area we have ever seen.
We are going to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

family reunion/ 50th anniversary

Our family is scattered throughout the country, so needless to say it is very difficult to get everyone in the same place at the same time. Every other year we plan a "mandatory" reunion. We have been to Florida, Cape Cod, Outer Banks and now New Hampshire. This house and location will go down as one of the best. The accomodations are first class, plenty of room for all 17, but not overwhelmingly cold or impersonal. In fact, the house is a major part of our reunion and this one kept us together more and made us not want to venture off site. There were non-stop kayak and canoe trips taken by all at all times of day (although morning was a favorite of everyone). The lake is beautiful and the ride to all the different bays through the channels was enjoyed by all. We took sunset "cruises" with just the adults and also had boys vs. girls fishing tournaments. We took advantage of the cottage as well and it was a great place for grandparents celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and anyone else who wanted to get away from all the chaos. The beach area is one of the finest on the entire lake. Words can't describe the views of the mountains from Ossipee Lake, you've got to see it to believe it! This property won't disappoint. We loved it and will come again soon for the next "mandatory" reunion.

Awesome vacation!

We rented the Lake House with three families for a week. It was a very relaxing vacation. We had all the amenities we needed, and then some. The house is located on a quiet stretch of private beach with a gradual entry which is perfect for kids. The house itself is very spacious as we had some visiting family that stopped by and you never felt crowded. The sleeping arrangements are great because they are far enough away from each other that you are not disturbed by anyone else in the house (we had two infants with us that required nighttime feedings). The lake itself is beautiful, not as crowded as some of the bigger lakes in NH or Maine. There are sandbars for all to enjoy as you take a boat ride on the pontoon boat. I would highly recommend this for a vacation rental especially if you have a large group (there is also a cottage on the property that is available for rent if you need more space than the main house). We found that when you got to the house you really didn't need or want to leave.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
