Ossipee Lake house is a perfect location for summer fun on the lake, water skiing, boating, playing volleyball at the sandbar, going out for ice cream, pizza and coffee by boat. This home comes with a pontoon boat (in season). Golfing is 5 miles down the road. Leaf peeping in the fall, pumpkin picking, hiking or chilling out on the beach by a fire. Winter months are awesome with so many ski resorts close by. Quaint family mountains or mountains for the big time skier! This home is equipped with all your vacation needs. You will not need to bring anything but the clothes you'll need. Linens, beach towels and any other kind of towel you'd need. There is a hot tub on the patio looking out over the lake, a bar off the patio, laundry, and much much more. The living room is great to sit around watching your favorite sporting event on the 50'' flat screen TV or watch from your barstool!! You won't be disappointed when you vacation here. We have great feedback from all guests!!

The 50' L shaped dock is perfect for your specific boating enjoyment. The property is located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. This peaceful area offers, depending on the season, boating, kayaking, snorkeling/diving, jet skiing. water skiing, fishing, swimming, sight seeing, hiking/mountain climbing, relaxing, decompressing, alpine sliding, water parks, golfing, mountain biking, horseback riding, Storyland, shopping tax free, leaf peeping, cross country and downhill skiing, snow mobiling, ice skating and much more....

  • We will rent the Guest House without the Lodge in the non peak/summer seasons. Call for details!!

  • $1000-$2000 for ski weekends. The Lodge and Guest House are awesome for all of it. There is skiing within minutes, snowshooing, snowmobiling from the front door, ice skating, fire's on the beach. Great for leaf peeping, pumpkin picking, hiking, decompressing. JUST PLAIN FUN AND RELAXING~~~~
