There are 2 master suites which each feature a king size bed with lush bedding, flat panel TV with DVD player and a private bath. You won't have to flip a coin to find out who gets the Master Bedroom because there are two of them! All lighting fixtures have been upgraded throughout the entire residence.
The lock on the front door has been upgraded to a key less, numeric key code lock to provide you and your family the convenience of not having to keep track of who has the keys. We will give you an access code that will be valid for the duration of your stay. When you arrive in Destin, there is no need to check in or pick up a key, simply go to the condo and start vacationing!
Ariel Dunes II was just completed in the summer of 2007 and this condo has never been occupied. You will enjoy fantastic huge pools with fountains and waterfalls. There is also an exercise room, dry sauna and steam room in the building for the exclusive use by Ariel Dunes II owners and guests. You can also cruise over to Ariel Dunes I and enjoy the Cabana Cafe, a full service restaurant and bar.
