Elsenhoehe House - a traditional vacation retreat in the Rheinsberg Lakesregion. At the beginning of the last century, this small rural hotel became a favorite destination for Berliners seeking to escape the summer's heat. Subsequently, the house and property were leased to the UFA studios in Babelsberg where reserved exclousively for employees and actors. After ten years of vacancy, the house and its surrounding buildings have been meticulously restored. Today, everything works together in a harmonious ensemble, and the allure of former times comes to life. Nestled in amongst the rustic nature of the Mark's lakes, forests and heaths, Elsenhoehe House offers its guests a harmonic backdrop for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Flecken Zechlin is located on the Rheinsberg Lakes, approximately 90 km from Berlin. The terraced town is built around Schwarzen Lake and its idyllic location makes it very important for tourism. This is a perfect starting point for hikes and bicycle tours. Lakes and canals can easily be explored by canoe. Ever more guests find rest and relaxation here - even during the quiet season.

A Swim before Breakfast: During the year's warmer months, it is a wonderful experience to drive into Schwarzen Lake's claer waters before breakfast, and to take a relaxing swim along the edge of the reeds.

Cozy evenings by the campfire: Siple forget timme... As often as not, a day in Elsenhoehe House end by the campfire. Enjoy mushrooms and local fish fried in a large pan over the flames and life's little tales told amongst a cozy circle of friends.

Eine wunderschön angelegte "Anlage" mit viel Liebe fürs Detail. Aufmerksame Gastgeber, ruhiges Umfeld, ein wundervollen Steg mit vielen Fischen ;-) (der Vermieter füttert sogar an) sowie die Landschaft, die man sich von diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde erwartet. Ideal zu kurzen Aussteigen, Entspannen. Unterkunft (große Ferienwohnung) gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Also besonders zu empfehlen.
