About Audrey Curry

Our Dad remodeled this old adobe home and gave it a new look as well as new kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, heat, floors, windows and roof. It is basically a new home with history. Mom and Dad then decorated the home so it would reflect the style of Santa Fe and also be very comfortable.

Comfortable close-in property which looks just like the photos. We walked into town every day to eat, go to museums, shop and enjoy the historic downtown. There was a private parking place close to the front door. The home was well furnished, quiet and the owner quickly responded to questions.

We would highly recommend this property if the mattresses were replaced in both bedrooms. The bedrooms were lovely and the master had doors opening onto a private back yard.

Owner's Response: The pillow top mattresses are only a year old on both beds, never had any complaints before but you can't please everyone when especially when it comes to how they like their mattresses.

Very enjoyable stay

Upon arriving at the house and getting settled in we found the home so comfortable and welcoming that we canceled our plans to go out for the evening, opting instead to enjoy the relaxing environment of the home. In addition to the house being clean, organized and well maintained, the two bedrooms were superbly suited for the two couples staying there. The home was within easy walking distance to historic district. The off street parking was a bonus and we felt safe and secure in the home and neighborhood. My wife and I have visited Santa Fe several times and plan on staying here again if the opportunity presents itself. We highly recommend the home, especially for two couples.

Casa Luca was fabulous. Everything was as advertised and then some. The property was clean and well-maintained. We have been renting Casa Geneva from this owner for a number of years and this was our first stay in Casa Luca. We don't stay anywhere else in Santa Fe if we can help it. The house is walking distance from the center of town. We walked to the flea market at the railway. That was great. We recommend Santa Cafe, Andiamo and Geronimo for dinner and Casa Sena (best Sangria ever) for lunch. Also, a trip to Ten Thousand Waves at the beginning of your stay really sets the tone for a relaxing time. I would and have recommended this property to friends and family.

Located within walking distance of the plaza, the Governors Palace, the State Capitol building, 4 Museums, 75 restaurants (we never had a bad meal), shopping center, and countless galleries, Casa Lucka was our key to 28 days of full enjoyment of Santa Fe.

This is an outstanding home to rent. It is large and well finished - the pictures do not do it justice! Easy walk to the square (four blocks seems about right). Once we arrived we did not drive again until we went home. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and we plan to rent it again.
