The listing discription and photos were spot on. This condo had a great view and was very nice. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. Schooners right next door was a big bonus, great food, music and all around good atmosphere.

I loved the condo. It was nicely decorated. Loved the balcony and the views. I would rent again but feel the condo need some attention. The carpet was extremely dirty as well as some of the walls. I was a little frustrated with the WiFi directions I needed for work. I wrote to the owner the week before I came and he sent me the pass code and password but no further direction. We also had instructions not to contact the business office at the Condo however when I couldn't log into the WiFi I went down and ask anyway. They could not have been nicer and come to find out the pass code had changed and I had been given the wrong code. It worked out and I was able to get my work done.

The Location is great! The view from the Balcony is beautiful! . It is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, the State Park and the Marinas. The description was accurate. It was nice being able to use the codes to get in and not having to deal with checking in at the front desk was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaints were that it could have been cleaner. I had to wash the bed linens when we got there before we would sleep on them. I do not think they were washed before hand and they needed to be thrown away. The carpet looked very dirty mainly stains. I would not take children that are at the crawling age. The bunk beds are for children mainly. They were too short for the teenagers. I was trying to dry a load of clothes before we left, but I had to take them home wet, because the dryer stopped working. I tried calling the phone numbers for problems, but could not get anyone. We still had a good time. Having the two pools was nice also. Very easy to deal with as far as reservations, check in, check out and received deposit back in a very timely manner. Would recommend for and older couple with tween kids.
