Welcome to our new townhouse with own pool on the Bellavida five star resort. The house accommodates up to eight people comfortably. On the ground floor we have an open plan lounge, with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Patio doors open out to your own private pool and paved area. Downstairs there is also a half bathroom and pull out sofa bed. Upstairs has three bedrooms, master has en-suite shower room. Two further twin bedrooms with shared family bathroom with bathtub and over bath shower. Beautifully decorated home with all new furnishings. Minutes away from the massive clubhouse, which boast a cybercafe and gym. Zero entry pool and spa outdoors with free sun loungers and deck chairs. Tots play area, volley ball court and basketball court. 300 yards from front gate there is a 24 hour Wal-mart superstore for your convenience. Situated at Disney marker 15 directly behind Medieval Times, so very convenient for the 192 and within 10 minutes of the gates at Disney.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Florida state taxes at 13% are included in the prices.
    For stays of less than 6 nights please add $90 for cleaning fees.
    Pool heating can be added for $15 per night. It is recommended you heat pool during the months of October through to mid April
  • No security deposit is taking as we require a signed undertaking from our guests to payfor any damages that occur during their stay.
    A minimum deposit of $200 dollars is required for any booking which is made over 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the final balance payment to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date full payment is required at time of confirmation.

Location: Bellavida is a relatively new resort, built by Park Square Homes. Built in the Mediterranean style, with a massive clubhouse and outdoor facilities. Very conveniently located at Disney marker 15 on route 192, which is the main access route to the gates at Disney. Just 300 yards outside the main gates is the Medieval Times attraction, which host the evening dinner and jousting show, great fun and and an ideal night out without the car. Minutes further along the Oren Brown Road is a super size Walmart Superstore, which houses everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Within 10 minutes of Junction 64 which links you to the Highway 4 and takes you to Sea World, the Retail Outlets, Universal Studios and of course the impressive beaches at Daytona and Coco Beach.
