The living room is large with one wall completely in brick with a fireplace. There is a new couch, loveseat, area rug, and a 32 inch new flat screen TV. There is a DVD and a VHS player.
On the left of the bar in kitchen area there is a formal dining room table that seats 6 and a hutch. There are 3 bar stools at the bar for extra seating.
The kitchen is spacious with new granite countertops cabinets on both sides, a walk-in pantry, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, all types of cooking utensils for you ladies who like to cook, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, etc. For your convenience there is a stackable washer and dryer within an enclosed area.
The master bedroom is very spacious. Cal King bed, huge walk-in closet with shelves completely surrounding the closet. This room is decorated with porcelain dolls. There is a large dresser and armoire. Master bathroom is very large with double sinks and a step down shower.
There is also a baby crib,cradle, and high chair available if needed.
The back yard has a covered patio with built in fans and lights for evening use. There is a second patio in the front of the house with a built in fireplace.
The phone is provided free (for local calls) and also Internet connection.
There is a Catholic church across the street and a protestant church just 5 miles (Phoenix First) Seats 7,500 and is renowned for its Easter and Christmas programs. Renowned speakers speak different times of the year.
If you come to Phoenix at the right season of the year, you can enjoy basketball (Phoenix Suns) football (Cardinals) hockey (Coyotes) and baseball (Diamondbacks).
The house is very clean and has been newly painted inside and out. Our property manager will inform you on all the wonderful places to go tour in the Phoenix area and give you directions. We are just 20 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. This home has only been rented since February and all of the 6 renters that have stayed are very satisfied and say they will be returning. Most of the renters have had small children and have said the house seems like they are in their own home. When they arrive they are amazed at the size of the house. I can give references if needed.
