Stayed at this fabulous Emerald Island Rental home over spring break and loved it. Mike was very very easy to work with, responded to emails very quickly, and was very kind through the whole process. The home is true to the pictures, it was a very nice and spacious place, and easily fit the 19 of us for the entire week. Even better we didn't feel like the place was crowded at all, we all had our own space. The location was great, very close to everything, a quick drive to Disney, the grocery store, and everything else you could need. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

We stayed at Mike's Villa for our Disney Family vacation in June 2012. The house is conveniently located just minutes from the Disney parks. Our 21 family members were very comfortable in this beautiful spacious home. The rooms were elegantly furnished, nice game room and pool to keep the kids entertained. It was great dealing with the homeowner, he was always available with any concerns we had. Overall great communication. We will definitely stay at Mike's villas again.

Excellent location and accomodations

As a family of 19 ranging in age from 4 years to 72 years, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Secret Key Cove. We felt secure in the gated community and lovely neighborhood. The pool area was in heavy use and we were very close to the Disney attractions. There is even a beach volleyball area and volleyball rental if needed from the Clubhouse. Grocery stores, fast foods and restaurants are quite nearby. The living area is spacious and the sleeping accomodations were very comfortable. We never felt cramped due to the open feeling of the house. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for a family get together!

Great property

We rented a total of 7 properties in March 2011 as we brought a large group of women to Kissimmee for a reunion type function. None of us had ever been to Emerald Island resort before. We had a chance to visit each of the 7 villas so I feel like we had a good basis of comparison. This is truly a great property, very well decorated and equipped. In addition, the location of this property made it a favorite among our women. Having the lake out back (instead of other properties) made it seem very private. It was an easy walk to the main building near the front gate if we ever needed anything (not that we ever wanted to leave the villa.) It was a pleasure to work with Mike, and we look forward to doing so again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Loved it! Wanted to stay longer!

We had a wonderful time at our villa. Not only was it gorgeous but it was very comfortable to stay in. We had 17 in our group and we never felt as though we were right on top of each other. The kids absolutely loved playing in the pool. The owner was very easy to work with. We didn't have to drive very far to either SeaWorld and Universal. If we were able to, we would have loved to have stayed for another week. This villa is wonderful for the large family get togethers. Would definitely get this villa again when we have a large group.
