Professionally designed by Annie Speck Interiors for luxury and comfort while enjoying all Laguna Beach has to offer. Our home is so close to downtown that you can hardly park your car closer to the galleries, shops, restaurants or beaches. Landscaped treasure with koi ponds, water garden, herb garden, 10 person splash pool/hot tub and full outdoor Viking equipped kitchen (grill w/sear zone, 2 sinks, fridge, ice maker, warming drawer and wok grill). Private upstairs lush patio off master bedroom with large view of ocean. Fully equipped main kitchen with dining room view of orchid wall and koi pond. Three HD TiVos equipped with many TVs throughout the home including instant Netflix. High speed internet access available. Steinway grand piano with player capability. Large utility room with full washer and dryer. Additional queen size sofa bed and full size air mattress available.

Living room sofa makes a queen bed and there is a roll-away bed option if requested. Fully equipped gym in garage with elliptical machine and stationary bike. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Outdoor heaters available for those cool summer nights. This home is on Los Robles in the heart of Laguna Beach. Thanks for reviewing our home! It is our primary residence much of the year meaning there are many more amenities than found in most rentals. Please note when booking, this is not a beach-party home for excessively large parties and its use should be limited to the guests staying at our home.
