Stunning renovation of large 750 square foot 1-Bedroom condo. Travartine marble bath with walk in shower, new granite kitchen, separate dining room,and spacious living area in a beautiful courtyard gated 2 building art deco complex. Right next to the shopping, dining, and people watching fun of Lincoln Road. Near movie theaters, and music and theater venues. Four blocks to the beach and 3 to the convention center. The perfect south beach escape. Completely renovated June 2009. Gated parking included and is right outside your back door. Laundry in unit, wireless Internet if you need to be connected, and flat panel TV/DVD should you need to chill for a bit. Please note that I have 4 night minimums off season and one week minimums during high season.

In the Middle of it All

I do not have enough good things to say about this amazing condo. Literally steps from Lincoln Road where you can find absolutely anything (food, drink, shopping) your heart desires. A short easy walk finds you right on Ocean Drive over looking dozens of restaurants and the beach of course. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. In immaculate condition. It is in a safe secure area. The fact that the condo comes with a parking space is icing on this already wonderful "cake". And that parking space is assigned to the condo and is right outside the door. The owner was wonderful to work with. I highly highly recommend this property and have every intention of returning to it myself
