This 4 BR/2 BA dog friendly Tahoe home features a new redwood deck with hot tub, large rock fireplace with woodstove insert, newly remodeled kitchen, two car garage, and a large loft area that has 5 twin beds a fooz ball table, TV & DVD player. In addition, there is a pool table, TV & DVD and small refrigerator located above the garage. For summer tenants, you can walk to a dog friendly beach is located about 1/2 mile from the property (10 minute walk), the Agate Bay Pool and downtown Carnelian Bay. This rental home is fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
