Alder Road Retreat is in a forested valley surrounded by hiking and walking trails, parks and our pond on 7 acres of bird sanctuary and stream. Perfect for those that are looking to kick back and relax in a quiet environment with the sounds of birds and spring time frogs lulling you to sleep. This is a real treasure for those that are looking for a spot to jump in to or from the Swartz Bay ferry and the neighboring gulf island and 20 minutes drive from a bustling marina in downtown Victoria with a smaller version of it directly in Sidney, famously known as a booktown and boasting a marina, fine dining and unique shops. This is 5 minutes away from our property!
