3 BR + Loft (no sleeping in loft), 3 BA, Sleeps 6+

Three Bedroom three bath home (duplex style condo) available for rent. Sunny unit in Suntec Forest with deck, woods right outside the back door, grill, hot tub, flat screen, and high speed internet. The condo is 1/3 mile from Mount Snow and the Moover shuttle stops right in front of the unit.

This home is also available for the summer by the week or month. Outdoor pool/tennis courts within walking distance. Mount Snow has great summer festivals. Excellent restaurants in the area, a working farm with petting zoo and summer events, and festivals in Wilmington, VT all summer long.

Mount Snow Area: During the summer the Mount Snow, West Dover area is green and lush. Gorgeous wildflowers on the sides of the road, fun festivals all the time, a beautiful river running through to Wilmington, and great outdoor restaurants and roadside stands. Great hiking trails and a swimming pool and tennis court on site.

During the winter there's tons to do - skiing, snowshoeing right out of the backyard, sledding, tubing, etc.

  • The loft on the 3rd floor is not suitable for sleeping per Vermont fire code. There are some beds up there but we are not authorized to advertise that as a bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds and a bunk. There are a pack n play and a crib in the unit as well as futon chairs that fold out to beds.
