The villa benefits from a community pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a stunning view of the lake. Furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double beds, and two family bunkbeds, the villa is ideal for families. There is plenty of things to do in the surrounding area during your stay. You will never get bored. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The Villa is fully furnished, and will provide towels and linens for everyone. Included in the stay :2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap in every bathroom and Shampoo and conditioner. There will be outdoor furniture and a grill for you to use. There are also plenty of Toys for the kids to enjoy. Extra service as pickup at the airport, food in the fridge, can all be arranged ON YOUR BEHALF before you arrive.

There are many different places to visit, like Disney World, Kennedy Space center, Cocoa beach, fishing, shopping, golfing and mini golf. Daytona beach is only an hour away, and if you would like to go to Miami Beach, it is only a three hour drive away. There will be a catalog in the house, with plenty of options of where to go. Also menus for dining options with coupons!! Our home management will give you some inputs on what to do, and what we can offer you during your stay! The region is upcoming and growing. New stores are being built, restaurants, health spa etc. There is lots of shopping, and a lot of other things to do. You will never have a boring vacation . There is something for everyone to do at all times. The area is served by Orlando International Airport (25 mins from the Villa) and Sandford International (mainly for charter flights).
