If looking for a change of pace, St. Joseph is just minutes away. and provides quaint shops and excellent dining. This charming town overlooks Silver Beach which is on Lake Michigan and has been ranked by Midwest Living Magazine as one of top ten family beaches in America. Nearby attractions include Harbor Shores Golf Course (site of 2012 Sr. PGA Golf Tournament), Jean Klock Park, and Krasl Art Fair and so much more. Just a short drive to participate in all the activiites along Lake Michigan without paying the high summer rental rates.

We rented the lake house while attending our daughter's wedding in Watervliet. We LOVED the property..it was well appointed... we had everything we needed.....clean & quite homey !!!! We enjoyed the private beach / lake access with our grand kids and hope to be back again just as soon as our schedules permit it. This was a a super 5 star accommodation !!!

FANTASTIC job of creating a comfortable "landing" spot in this vacation home. Great updates to the kitchen, lovely little decorative features without having clutter. Everything we needed in the kitchen and more! Our families had a wonderful time at this home and would reccomend it to anyone looking to relax and rest.

Great house, very clean and well laid out. We originally planned for 8 adults, but had 12 for the weekend. There was enough room and we were very comfortable. Quiet little neighborhood. Lake access across the street. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. We would definately rent here again.

Great vacation house

We enjoyed staying at what we call the "Lake House." There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. All 4 children fit into one of the bedrooms and we were very comfortable in the two other guest rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything you can think of to cook with. The family room was very spacious and great for the kids to play in. The foosball table was a nice extra. The decor in each of the rooms was very light and airy and beach like. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans perfect for the cooler weekend we were there. The grill was great! The yard was nice and open - perfect for the kids to play in. The size of the house was ideal for entertaining. We have a large family and were able to easily have everyone over for dinner. Lake access was a short walk down the road and downstairs. Owners Bryan and Kathy were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this house.
