This recently renovated, Cape style house is a warm, hip, cottage-chic getaway with designer details. Located on the ocean side of Wellfleet between Lecount Hollow Beach and Duck Pond, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a private circle. It's a lovely setting with a beautiful garden, lush lawn, screened porch and 2 private decks. There's a new, mod kitchen (granite/marble/stainless) and bath (new porcelain/slate tile) mixed with original details like the dental trim fireplace and bead board walls, plus a cool collection of textiles & art. Lots of places to sip, stretch, run, play, unwind, sunbathe, read and socialize! Walk or ride your bike to the General Store, Wellfleet Village, CCRT (bike path), beaches, fresh water ponds or Nat'l Seashore trails. There's also the Wellfleet Cinema & Drive-In/Flea Market, shops/restaurants/galleries, Audubon Sanctuary, PTown, plus kayaking, swimming, surfing, fishing and AWESOME Whale Watching! Oysters, lobsters and taffy all here!

It's a great fishing village and artist's colony with beautiful, wild dunes, great walking and biking trails and pristine ponds. Great seafood, surf and sunsets as well as the magical 'Cape Cod light' that continues to inspire so many artists.

Small bedroom has 2 twin beds with new pillow top mattresses and iron frames. There is also a twin trundle on pop-up springs (all new). It fits between the other twins. Quilts, pillows and extra blankets available for all beds. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and beach towels. In addition to the wash/dryer, there's a clothesline in the sun near the driveway.

Notes: Washer and Dryer in basement. Extra refrigerator in basement if needed. Window box fans in bedrooms and liv room. Ipod dock available. All one floor living, but small step up to front door and down to outdoor deck. Small, older porch off back of kitchen ideal for dining and bird watching. Bird feeders on site and birds love sunflower hearts. Nuthatches, Goldfinches, Chickadees, Red Winged Blackbirds, Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers as well as Flickers and Red Bellied Woodpeckers (they love suet) all here! Go to Bird Watcher's Store in Orleans for all things 'bird'. Gardener will mow lawn and water plants, but feel free to water flowers in pots whenever needed. Thanks! House cleaning fee is $125.
