Recently renovated with central Air-Conditioning, gourmet kitchen including large center island, sub-zero frig, wolf range, two dishwashers and separate beverage frig and two large flat screen TVs. Works well for one family or two with two suites (King & Queen) plus two additional bedrooms (Bunks & Twins). Located near the west end of Nantucket just 1/4 mile to gorgeous south shore beach and 50 yards to public pier-a perfect spot to launch kayaks and small boats. Expanisive decking on two levels provides great outdoor space with water views along with nicely landscaped yard. Bike path and public transportation nearby.

'Starboard Tack' is located at 8 F Street on the west end of the island in 'Old Madaket' and has spectacular views of Madaket Harbor and the island of Tuckernuck. Madaket Beach is the nearest beach, about 1/4 mile away on the ocean side of the island where sunsets are most beautiful. The public pier is nearby - a perfect spot to go charter fishing with Captain Tom, buy a lobster from the local fisherman or launch your boat for a day of fun on the water. A small store is located along the bike path toward the beach where you can get provisions for the beach, candy, beer & wine. The bike path is located nearby on Madaket Road, that leads all the way into town to the top of Main Street. The bus stop for the public transportation to town is at the corner of F Street and Madaket Road and runs to town every hour on the hour.
