Kitchen is equipped with Wolf oven, hood and microwave, Subzero refrigerator and beautiful granite counter tops. Sitting room off of kitchen has large screen Sharp Aquos LCD television. Great room shares pass through fireplace adorned with custom metal work with sitting room and kitchen/ dining area. Paul Robert furniture from Park City, Utah provides seating in great room. The home has in floor heating and central air conditioning. All four bedrooms have flat screen televisions and DVD players.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administrative Fee is $350 (includes cleaning, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
  • Booking Procedure: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; receipt of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
  • Refund Policy: All reservations are subject to a 6% state taxes. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging. Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable. There are NO exceptions. A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then. There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and MasterCard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout.
