Better than expected!

My family and I vacationed here recently and had the best time. Upon arrival we were greated by Jack and given a tour of the house. We were instantly amazed at the space and how clean and well kept everything was. Living in the city limits the availability of outdoor space and we truly enjoyed all the outdoor space available here. My kids loved the front and backyard and the downtstairs where there were plenty of games to choose from and allowed us to cool off. We were lucky to have warm temperatures and sunny days for our chance to visit the beaches and take advantage of the beach pass. * South Kingstown Town Beach is the cleanest beach I have seen. The restrooms are by far the best kept and cleanest I've come across* Our security deposit was recieved within days which is amazing and very much appreciated. Jack and Jane we will certainly come back for another vacation. We thank you and hope to see you soon! Diana and Family =]

This was my first property rental and I must say I couldn't have been any more satisfied - this house was perfectly clean ( more so than most motels I have stayed in) with a beautiful well kept yard, The owner was met with us, answered all our questions and provided just plain good customer service, We had great restaurants close by, grocery stores, shopping areas - everything was just great. I would recommend this property to closest friends and relatives as I haven't one thing to complain about,
