This lovely, contemporary seven room farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of Woodstock, NY. Private and secluded, the property is adjacent to Green Heron Horse Farm and riding stable. Perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. The living room with its large fireplace makes for a cozy retreat during the autumn and winter months while the glassed in sunroom is a relaxing place to soak in seasonal views. The mid Hudson Valley region is known for the pristine beauty of the Catskill Mts. with skiing, hiking, fishing and swimming easily accessible. Stroll through the quaint town of Woodstock to windowshop at the various boutiques and art galleries or dine at one of the areas many fine restaurants. A few of the unique local attractions include Opus 40, the historic town of Kingston, Mohonk Mt. House, Saugerties Lighthouse, and of course various musical venues. For equestrian enthusiasts, Green Heron Farm offers a variety of rental packages as well as close proximity to H.I.T.S.
