Newly constructed 3 story, 3 bedroom open concept home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. First floor consists of master bedroom (sleeps 2), master bathroom, family room (sleeps 4), powder room and laundry room. Second floor consists of open concept kitchen/living/dining room and 3/4 bathroom. Third floor consists of 2 bedrooms with shared full bathroom. Front bedroom sleeps 4, back bedroom sleeps 6. Both of these rooms have beautiful ocean views. Wireless internet and cable TV included. Living room has 55' TV and family room has 37' flat screen TV. Share this home with family or friends and have plenty of room for everyone! Off street parking for 3 cars, one of the larger yards in the neighborhood and a nice deck. We designed and furnished this home so that it would be a home away from home for ourselves as well as the guests we look forward to welcoming. Give us a try and we feel you'll come back year after year.
