  • If making a reservation 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoice total plus the cleaning fee and key deposit is due at the time of reservation. In order to keep your reservation in good standing the remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Maid service available for an additional $40/week
