Newly remodeled home located on 5 Mile Point, on the South end of this 10,000 Acre All Sports Lake. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or sun bathing and take in the scenic view, or light up the natural gas grill and eat outside on the wraparound deck, sit around the fire pit on the sandy beach and roast marshmallows and look up at the stars. Shallow, sandy-bottom lake in front of the seawall, which is great for kids to splash and play safely. Keep your boat right out front for early morning fishing along-side the 50 foot dock or on the 25 ft. Pontoon Shore Station. Walk over to Black River (less than 5 minutes away) for fishing on the bank, tubing, canoeing or kayaking. Visit the Black Lake Marina up the road, for boat rentals, refueling, ice, souvenirs, snacks & ice cream. Close to Black Mountain for hiking, dirt bike, ATV riding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. Restaurants/bars and neighborhood stores nearby.

    Security deposit is returned is returned after departure if no damage to property and home is properly cleaned. If damages are identified, charges will be deducted. Non-refundable cancellation fee of $250.
