This home is located on beautiful Bear Lake just a few miles from Grayling or Kalkaska. Bear Lake is a clear spring-fed lake. We have sightings of cranes and loons just about every day. This lake has record fish for the catching. This is a great central location for day trips to Casinos, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, canoeing on the Au Sable or Manistee rivers, Hartwick Pines, Mackinaw Island,Golf courses,ORV trails,Horseback Riding and is just 40 minutes from Traverse City. . All the comforts of home in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 baths and full walkout basement with a lake view deck off the main level. Each bedroom has a full size bed. The large living area (great room) has 2 sofas.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Please inquire for rental rates.
  • $2200 aWeek
    Weekly rentals; Check in time at 3 p.m., Check out time at 11 a.m. (weekly)
    A refundable security deposit (as long as no damages or repairs are needed after stay) of $300.00 must be received upon rental agreement receipt and will be refundable 30 days after departure. A 50% Deposit due within 7 days of making reservations in order to hold reservations. Cleaning fee$200.00 USD and is not refundable.

    Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.

    Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. If you wish to pay balance with a personal check, you will need to mail it to us with in 21 days before checking in otherwise come prepared to pay cash.
  • $350 per night medweek 2 night minimum stay, $400. per night weekend 2 night minimum stay.

Notes: 21ft Pontoon Boat Available (PICTURED) 20ft. dock, TV with digital converter box, DVD / VCR player, Radio with CD player, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Linens, Fire Pit and Charcoal Grill with tank. This house is located among family owned cottages. The owners request that renters be respectful of the neighbors. The driveway parking area can accommodate a maximum of three (3) vehicles. Vehicles must use the DNR Public Access Site to launch boats. There is no vehicle access to the lakefront of the cottage.
