Those who have visited Hilton Head Island, SC, know that it is a very different vacation spot. It is all about relaxation in a high class, natural atmosphere.

Well, our condo at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort on Folly Field Beach is a very different vacation rental. From the minute you first walk in the door, you will feel as if you are visiting your home away from home. You will notice there is no cheap, hotel type furniture or tacky, mass produced art work on the walls. Instead, there are fine antiques and hand signed paintings in the décor of the Spanish Mediterranean.

Our condo is on the lower level of the C building, just about 100 yards from the beach and the largest Oceanside pool on Hilton Head Island. There are no streets to cross to get to the beach; just a 2 or 3 minute walk and you are there.

There is a restaurant onsite, 10 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, concert hall, playground, free WiFi, and a 42” HD TV/Blu Ray player for your entertainment.

Hilton Head Island is not your typical beach vacation spot. It is known to be an upscale community with its landscape left as 'un-commercialized' as possible. There are town ordinances that do not allow billboards and store signs are kept very low key. This makes for a very beautiful environment.

Hilton Head has always had the reputation of being a place where the rich and famous vacation and some even call it home.

Well, you don't necessarily have to be rich or famous to vacation with us. We make it very affordable. Just come on down and stay at your new 'home away from home'.

A Great Escape!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our 3-day stay...so much so, that a longer stay in the future would be in order!! The unit was clean and well furnished and the beach was wonderful. Steve handled our reservation in a professional manner and showed an interest to see how we were doing! I couldn't get hooked up to the WIFI, but that could be because of my lack of expertise,

A wonderfull place

Simple words won't be enough to tell the place is wonderfull, the condo is simply perfect, clean and richly decorated. Steve is very gentle and answers to all of your questions. Just one thing again, one week is too ... short ;)))

Great for the price

We went for our honeymoon - great beach. Great location. Not much for a view, but again, a short walk to a great beach. Clean and welcoming. Very homey. Just make sure you bring some basic supplies like ziplock bags, some trash bags, tp, etc. But no big deal. Again - can't beat the price for the location. And the owners are really nice!!!

Loved it!!!

My husband and I stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and loved it so much we are going back in September. Steve was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They have thought of everything. The condo is perfect for a couple to get away to. Thanks Steve for making our stay very enjoyable.
