The house was completely renovated this year with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, brand new furnishings, linens and household items throughout! Kid and pet friendly. Air-conditioning, washer/dryer, single story. Our Marco home is nestled on a quiet block only minutes away from Marco's infamous white sand beaches. Dense walls of mature, beautiful tropical foliage surround the lanai-enclosed pool area and front entry for true privacy and a personal getaway. The pool illuminates in the evening and is completely open to the dining area and great room by a huge 3-panel sliding pocket door. The brand-new custom kitchen features granite counter tops, Bosch appliances and a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer. The center island has a stainless steel sink and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream...if you decide to cook despite all the fabulous restaurants so nearby!

    • $500 Security Deposit required with all reservations. It is payable prior to occupancy and is due within 7 days of booking the property. (Security deposits are returned 30 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
    • Fifty (50%) percent deposit is required at the time the rental agreement is signed and the balance within thirty (30) days prior to occupancy.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in
    • Pets allowed upon approval by owner.

  • The master bathroom is off the master bedroom and has been completely remodeled to include a spa shower and granite counter top. The second bath has been upgraded with a new floor with slip resistant tile and glass tub enclosure.

  • The master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet. It is furnished with a king-size solid-cherry bed complete with a down comforter. There is a work desk in the master bedroom where laser jet printer is provided. A set of sliders opens from the master bedroom to the pool area. A second bedroom has a queen-size solid-cherry bed with a comfortable, beachy décor and sheer draperies. A large closet and wonderful armoire are featured in this room. The kids bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size lower bed and twin-size upper bed. This bed is sturdy and constructed of solid pine. A stereo has been included in the kid’s room as well as a wonderful hardwood bureau and large closet. These two bedrooms share a full bath with an enclosed shower/tub combo. Floors in this bathroom have been replaced with skid-resistant ceramic tile, a new toilet and new mirror and lighting.

Notes: Our Marco home has been completely renovated in 2009! The whole house has brand new furnishings, décor and linens! The living room and common area share a brand new 42” flat screen TV so TV can be viewed from all areas of the great room, dining area and kitchen. There is a brand new sectional sofa and a separate seating area in the foyer for just curling up with a book or for a game of cards. We have supplied a DVD player and game console. There is a state-of-the-art built-in stereo system for your enjoyment. We have a library of books, DVDs (including some of the best kiddie movies out there!) and Gamecube games. We have provided a selection of cards, board games and puzzles. Our Marco Home is clean, breezy and so relaxing! Children and pets are welcome!
